Ryan`s Bootcamp

Our four-week, boot camp program is designed to push and challenge students in order to make incredible fitness gains. Master Ryan Dean is a 6th degree blackbelt, certified personal trainer, and a former professional motocross athlete with the ability to whip any student into shape. Master Dean's boot camp program will make drastic improvements in student's cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. People of all fitness levels, ages and sizes are welcome and will greatly benefit from Ryan`s boot camp. Ryan`s goal is to make every one of his students and boot campers the best and most fit they can be.


I joined The Dojo 3 months ago to learn more self-defense and to improve my fitness to compete in the near future. I was concerned about feeling out of my depth, but once there it was reassuring to see that the classes have students of all ages and abilities. There is always plenty of encouragement and advice in the class. When the class finishes I am always feeling great!
Ryan Dean's The Dojo is a constant learning curve and I have found it an enjoyable challenge, both physically and mentally. The classes have certainly improved my confidence and fitness levels, and I would definitely encourage anyone to give the classes a go.

I have had a great experience at Ryan’s Dojo for his Bootcamp. I had a baby and wanted to get the baby weight off; as you know it is hard to lose weight. I am not one of those people who can just go to the gym and work out on my own. I need someone to push me to go to the next level. So, I enrolled in the Boot Camp at The Dojo. This is probably one of the best things I could have done. Ryan is great; he is always there to help me and everyone else in my class. When I want to be lazy or think I cannot do something, he is right there, pushing me to the next level and he makes sure that I do not give up. I have lost almost all my baby weight and would like to Thank Ryan – The Dojo for this. I couldn’t do it without him. PS – it is also a good stress reliever. - April M. Stanton
